Boss Security is looking for an experienced, well spoken, professional Security Supervisor.

Must have a valid BC Security Guard License, be mobile with a vehicle, any security experience an asset, be comfortable with extreme situations.

Qualifications:

- Valid BC Security Guard License.
- Driving Licence and personal vehicle.
- Very reliable and dedicated - must be evident in work history and verifiable through reference checks
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Physically able to walk the site perimeter.
- Strong, explicit verbal communication skills and English-language proficiency required.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Technology use - must be able to call, email, text message, open documents,



and use security and time tracking apps on a company cell phone
- Ability to write clearly (hand-write) information in a daily log when necessary
- Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to inquiries from management and the client
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Cultural awareness and understanding considered a valuable asset.

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
