Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Selections Officer to coordinate the selections process for residential renovation, restoration, and construction projects. This role works closely with clients, suppliers, and project teams to ensure all product and finish selections are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for client service and design.

Selection's Officer Duties & Responsibilities

- Guide clients through material, fixture, finish, and product selections.
- Coordinate selections meetings and maintain regular client communication.
- Prepare and manage selections boards, schedules, and documentation.
- Communicate approved selections to project managers, procurement staff, and trades.
- Track selection deadlines and follow up on outstanding decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, samples, lead times, and product information.
- Ensure selections align with project budgets and timelines.
- Assist with change orders related to client selection changes.
- Maintain accurate records in project management software.
- Deliver a positive and professional client experience throughout the selections process.





Selection's Officer Requirements & Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, design, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Assets

- Experience in residential construction, renovations, or interior design.
- Familiarity with building materials, finishes, and fixtures.
- Experience with Houzz Pro or similar project management software.
- Interior Design, Construction, or Project Coordination education or training.
