We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our dynamic accounting firm. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CPA with at least five years of public practice experience to step into a leadership role with a clear path to becoming a partner within one year.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagements, mentoring junior staff, all while working closely with existing partners to ensure a seamless transition into partnership

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on financial planning, tax strategies, and compliance
- Develop and nurture client relationships, identifying growth opportunities
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development
- Play an integral role in firm operations, contributing to decision-making and long-term strategy
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s presence and service offerings
- Prepare for seamless integration into the firm's leadership structure as a partner

Technical Skills

- Accounting Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, audits, reviews, compilations, and regulatory compliance.
- Tax Proficiency: Deep understanding of corporate, personal, and estate tax planning and compliance.
- Financial Advisory: Ability to provide strategic business advice, financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management solutions.
- Software & Technology: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero), tax cycle, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Leadership & Management Skills

- Team Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple client engagements and meet deadlines effectively.
