SKILLS REQUIRED

Primary (Must-Have)

- 6–8 years of experience in Appian application development
- Solid expertise in Appian BPM, process modeling, workflows, and case management
- Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices
- Experience with SailPoint and identity/access management is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
