Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Legal Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Nanda & Associate Lawyers. This role will focus on expanding our client base, building strong business relationships, and driving strategic growth within the legal sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract recent clients and expand business within existing accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, referral partners, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to define business development goals and align efforts with firm objectives.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including seminars, webinars, and content initiatives, to position the firm as an industry leader.
- Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities and monitor industry trends.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend legal networking events, conferences, and seminars to build industry relationships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in business development,



preferably in a professional services environment (law firm experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans to achieve measurable business goals.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (law or legal qualifications are not required).

This approach allows you to attract candidates with business development experience in other sectors, such as consulting or other professional services, and then provide them with the necessary legal industry training. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
