Position: Senior Decisions Developer (Decisions Platform)

We are seeking a Senior Decisions Developer (SME) to design, configure, and optimize enterprise workflow, rules, and automation solutions . In this role, you will implement platform best practices, manage multi-environment deployments (Test, UAT, PROD, DR) , and securely configure SAML & SSO authentication flows . You will act as the technical subject matter expert, taking ownership of

ACL and role-based access frameworks while mentoring engineering teams to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and robust system security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure Enterprise Workflows: Design and implement visual workflows, complex business rules, and interactive user dashboards.
- Enforce Platform Governance: Build and manage Access Control Lists (ACL) and advanced role-based access frameworks.
- Secure Authentication Architecture: Develop, maintain, and enhance secure SAML & SSO authentication flows while removing hard-coded logic.
- Manage Multi-Environment Deployments: Coordinate infrastructure across Test, UAT, PROD, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.




- Perform Performance Tuning: Monitor long-running workflows, evaluate platform logs, and analyze/resolve backend server bottlenecks.
- Drive Infrastructure Continuity: Conduct regular DR simulations, resolve licensing issues, and perform deep-dive technical troubleshooting.
- Collaborate and Release: Partner closely with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to support seamless production releases.
- Lead Technical Teams: Serve as the internal Decisions platform SME, defining engineering best practices and mentoring junior developers

Required Skills:

- Primary: Decisions Platform Configuration, Business Process Automation (BPA), Rules Engine Design, Access Control Lists (ACL).
- Tools/Frameworks: Decisions Studio, Visual Workflow Designer, SAML 2.0, Okta/Azure SSO, IIS, Active Directory.
- Database/Cloud: MS SQL Server, Relational Databases, AWS/Azure infrastructure, Environment Management (PROD/DR).
- Nice-to-Have: REST/SOAP Integrations, Process Mining, PowerShell Scripting, Agile/Scrum Methodology
