Posts Field 28 has expanded its production of English flowers to sit alongside its established microgreen, edible flower and vegetable growing operations. We intend to increase the flower growing part of our business further in seasons to come and are looking to strengthen our team. We aim to grow and supply a seasonal range of cut flowers to local florists and to stock our farm shop with an everchanging selection of the freshest flowers.

During the season the senior flower grower will also be responsible for the preparation and planting of a range of planters and hanging baskets for sale along with a small range of perennial and bedding plants.



The successful candidate will have knowledge of and experience in all aspects of flower production from propagation to harvesting and must be capable of organising and implementing a schedule of tasks and activities to ensure the production of top quality flowers. You will work alongside and be supported by a team of fellow growers, florists chefs and shop staff to help us produce top quality products in a outstanding working environment.
