Position: Senior Java Backend Engineer (Agentic AI)

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer (Distributed Systems / Agentic AI) who brings 5+ years of experience building large-scale, production-grade distributed systems. The ideal candidate pairs mastery of Core Java, data structures, and Linux environments with recent, hands-on experience developing and integrating Agentic AI tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable, distributed backend architectures using Core Java.
- Implement and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows and intelligent agent tools.
- Design productive relational and document-oriented database schemas.
- Optimize system performance, data structures, and algorithmic logic.
- Build, test, and maintain scripts within Linux/Unix environments.




- Integrate DevOps best practices into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Solve complex system bottlenecks through rigorous analytical thinking.
- Mentor junior peers and communicate technical strategies across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

- Primary: Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Distributed Systems, Algorithms, Data Structures, Design Patterns.
- Tools/Frameworks: Agentic AI Frameworks, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Spring Boot, Linux, Unix, Shell Scripting.
