As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to support strategic AI engineering initiatives within their Media organization.

Your New Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced machine learning and Generative AI solutions that power media and advertising products. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to develop scalable AI systems capable of generating meaningful business impact.

This role will focus on AI engineering, machine learning platform development, LLM-powered applications, and production-grade deployment of intelligent systems. You will help drive the adoption of modern AI technologies while establishing engineering best practices across the ML lifecycle.

- Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning and AI-powered applications into production environments
- Build scalable LLM-based solutions leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, and Agentic AI frameworks




- Develop and maintain enterprise-scale machine learning pipelines utilizing structured and unstructured datasets
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing media products and platforms
- Champion MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including monitoring, automation, observability, testing, and governance
- Build and optimize cloud-native AI solutions using Google Cloud Platform technologies
- Mentor and support other machine learning engineers while contributing to technical strategy and architectural decisions
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to drive innovation across the media ecosystem

What You'll Need to Succeed

- 8-10+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in Python and SQL
- Experience developing scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade AI platforms
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar Agentic AI ecosystems
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring,



and automation best practices
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Composer
- Experience deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes within modern microservices architectures
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Excellent communication skills and experience working within cross-functional agile teams

Nice to Have:

- Experience supporting media, ad-tech, martech, or retail media platforms
- Experience building recommendation engines, personalization systems, or search platforms
- Familiarity with real-time inference systems and large-scale distributed data processing
- Previous mentorship or technical leadership experience
