As the Senior Manager of Deployments, you will guide a team responsible for delivering and maintaining Versaterm's software suite in public safety environments. You will ensure operational efficiency by optimizing deployment methodologies and fostering team development.

This position includes oversight of scheduling, resource strategy, and cross-team collaboration for integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop teams of Deployment Specialists and Managers
- Own delivery standards across multiple teams and architectures
