Team Overview

As an Advisor, Project Management, you will lead and support strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational excellence, customer value, and regulatory compliance.

Thriving in situations where direction is not immediately transparent, you will bring clarity and focus to complex challenges by aligning stakeholders around common objectives and enabling informed decision-making. In doing so, you will play a key role in translating complex business challenges into actionable plans and successful outcomes.

Beyond project delivery, you will drive organizational effectiveness by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen governance, enhance cross-functional collaboration, mitigate enterprise risk, and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of how work is executed across the organization. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
