Responsible for leading projects through their entire lifecycle (pre-award activities to post-award execution) Managing projects involving large-scale manufacturing, capital investment (CAPEX), and industrial capability development. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Project Management

Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex technical and capital projects in a defence manufacturing or industrial production setting. Proven success leading multidisciplinary project teams through both pre-award and post-award project phases.

Experience with and strong understanding of defence contract models (Firm Fixed Price, CPFF, IDIQ), and compliance (CGP, ITAR/EAR) Hands-on experience managing manufacturing or facility CAPEX programs, including commissioning and start-up Benefits
