The Form Setter/Labourer plays a key role in preparing and pouring concrete foundations and footings as part of a small construction team. Reporting to the Construction Foreman, this position involves local travel between job sites and focuses on hands-on construction activities essential for building reliable and compliant structural bases.

Responsibilities

- Set forms for concrete foundations and footings accurately
- Prepare sites by clearing and organizing materials
- Pour concrete and ensure proper finishing
- Handle materials and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the worksite
- Comply with all relevant construction safety protocols
