Compensation:

- Salary plus Commission and Bonus (P&C; + LIFE - % of premium sold)
- 40,000 Starting Base ( negotiable depending on experience) plus Bonus and Commission- Earning Potential has no Cap
- Annual Bonus (subject to office qualification, etc.)
- Monthly and or quarterly team and Personal Production promotions and bonus
- 3 weeks vacation after 1 year

Responsibilities

- Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sales and service of a Home, Auto ,



Business and or Life insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:

- Favorable Credit Score ( necessary for the Government Insurance Licensing Sponsorship)
- Sales and Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO license) or LLQP ( or be willing to obtain OTL prior to start)
- LLQP to be obtained within 3 months of start in order to service existing customers (all licensing fees to be paid by Agent on successful completion
