THE ROLE

Thank you for your interest in joining our team as Senior Room Attendant / Housekeeping Supervisor.

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to): Senior Room Attendant -

- Perform daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas following hotel and safety standards.
- Replace used amenities, linens, and towels while maintaining inventory control.
- Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure compliance with cleanliness and brand standards.
- Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to the maintenance department or supervisor.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in deep cleaning of rooms and public spaces as needed.

Housekeeping Supervisor -

- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team in the absence of the housekeeping supervisor.
- Assign and delegate daily cleaning tasks to room attendants and ensure timely completion.




- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to verify quality control standards.
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on best practices and cleaning procedures.
- Handle minor employee concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure that housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment are maintained and organized.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of housekeeping supplies.
- Report performance updates and operational challenges to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff members.

Job Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Room Attendant
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
- Shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for training
- Brings a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
- Leadership experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $19.50 per hour
