SAP S/4HANA Professional Services Solution Lead

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Location: Remote (Canada) with occasional travel to Downtown Toronto for workshops, fit-gap sessions, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end SAP Professional Services solution across the engagement lifecycle.
- Lead solution design covering engagement setup, resource management, time entry, billing, WIP, and revenue recognition.
- Configure SAP S/4HANA hands-on and support fit-to-standard implementation.
- Assess solution impacts across Finance and Reporting.
- Lead cross-functional testing and resolve integration issues across workstreams.
- Support SAP quarterly release impact assessments.
- Guide solution decisions and provide technical leadership within the workstream.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of SAP experience with 6+ years in SAP Professional Services.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Professional Services implementations.
- Experience with end-to-end Professional Services processes:
- Engagement Setup
- Resource Management
- Time Recording
- Billing
- Work in Progress (WIP)
- Revenue Recognition
- Recent hands-on SAP configuration experience (within the last 12 months).
- Solid understanding of Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Public Cloud) .
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, In-App Extensibility, and Side-by-Side Extensions.
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
