Now! Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst (Equities/Capital Markets). In this position, you will support crucial business initiatives within the Equities Markets Technology team, acting as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze complex requirements for equities middle office and post-trade activities

- Facilitate solution design discussions to ensure alignment with business needs
- Build solid relationships with stakeholders, ask targeted questions, and lead requirement workshops
- Prepare, review, and validate solution documentation, including scope, requirements, and QA considerations
- Support end-to-end project delivery as a subject matter expert in both business and technology domains
- Provide guidance to technical and project teams throughout implementation phases
- Maintain collaborative communication channels to resolve operational and process issues effectively
- Engage in all project lifecycle phases, from requirements gathering to deployment Desired Skill-Set - 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst within a large enterprise environment
- Proven track record managing full project lifecycles in Agile methodologies




- Advanced SQL skills with strong understanding of database design, data structures, and API/data integration
- Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities Nice to Have - Capital Markets experience, including trading, post-trade processing, or reporting
- Experience with client-facing web portals
- Exposure to Azure cloud environments
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft ecosystem
