We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management




- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving and bartending operations
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Experience in hospitality or the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for delivering outstanding service is essential
