Bon Sushi is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Server to join our team. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Server at Bon Sushi, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, accurately presenting our menu, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed. Experience in a Japanese or sushi restaurant is highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Explain sushi, sashimi, and Japanese menu items confidently to guests.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials, appetizers, beverages, and desserts.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and front-of-house areas.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Follow food safety, sanitation,



and health regulations.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a Japanese or sushi restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Experience using a POS system is an asset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
