Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Tee-On POS (Point of Sale) system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Manage cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas and clubhouse in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with opening or closing duties,
including inventory checks and restocking supplies
- Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Tee-On or similar POS platforms is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering and managing tabs accurately
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse guests and team members
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations is a plus
