Position Summary

We’re looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable Server/Bartender to join our party. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, robust product knowledge, and a passion for craft beer.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests and guide them through our beer and food offerings
- Pour and serve beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages to quality standards
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and service area
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Check ID and ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
- Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and cleaning





Qualifications

- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred, but not necessary
- Valid Serving It Right certification (required)
- Valid Food Safe level 1 or equivalent (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for craft beer (knowledge is a bonus, willingness to learn is essential)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
