Duties
- Take orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair
- Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space,
adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with a solid background in serving and bartending
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables or drink orders simultaneously under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and tip calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
