We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Floor Leader to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage table assignments and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt food preparation and delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in training new team members on food handling, service procedures, and restaurant policies
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly,



and ensure a positive experience for all visitors

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cashiering, check splitting, and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or understanding of food preparation processes is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
