Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring dishes meet quality standards before delivery




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services
- Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to promote safety and hygiene in all aspects of service

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting purposes
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or cashiering will be advantageous
