About Us:

OX Korean BBQ is a recent, modern Korean BBQ restaurant opening in February 2026 in Victoria. We focus on high-quality ingredients, delicious marinades, and the interactive experience of table-top grilling. We’re looking for enthusiastic servers who already know Korean cuisine or are eager to learn, and who can provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Explain menu items, Korean dishes, and table-top grilling techniques
- Recommend dishes and drinks based on guest preferences
- Ensure timely and professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Contribute to a positive and fun team environment

Requirements:

- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to Speak Korean or Mandarin preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
