Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly suggestions.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering duties and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including table setup, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery to guests, demonstrating excellent guest services skills.

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that emphasize customer service excellence is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
