Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food service operations. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Candidates must be able to have good communication skills, handle food safely, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and deliver outstanding guest service.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with detailed descriptions of food and beverage options
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions with cash handling skills
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure timely delivery of orders, coordinate with kitchen staff for food preparation, and manage guest needs throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Handle guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Assist in setting up dining areas for service and closing duties at the end of shifts

Skills

- Basic math skills for billing and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; kitchen experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly
- Upselling abilities to promote menu items confidently and enhance guest experience
