Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our agile food service team. As a vital link between the kitchen and our guests, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service.

Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a lively environment that celebrates teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in adherence to sanitation standards.
- Assist guests with food safety practices, including proper food handling and allergy awareness.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly to enhance guest services.

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with serving procedures and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is advantageous for success in this role.
