United Auto Repair is looking for a reliable and organized Service Advisor / Parts Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns.
- Create repair orders and provide estimates.
- Get customer approval for repairs.
- Keep customers updated on repair progress.
- Schedule appointments and organize daily jobs.
- Work closely with technicians and management.
- Find and order the correct parts.
- Compare parts pricing and availability.
- Receive, check, and organize parts.
- Return incorrect or unused parts and track credits.
- Enter parts and labour correctly on repair orders.
- Prepare invoices and collect payments.
- Keep customer and vehicle records updated.
- Help keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
- Automotive service or parts experience preferred.
- Good automotive knowledge.




- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills.
- ShopMonkey experience is an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence preferred.

We are looking for someone dependable, responsible, and comfortable working in a busy automotive repair shop. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
