We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Service / Installation Job Manager to lead and coordinate complex service and installation projects within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team member and clients to address specific repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes accurately.
- Manage project documentation

- Provide quotations for new and ongoing service and job requirements




- Prepare detailed construction estimates by leveraging construction estimating skills to forecast costs accurately.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide project updates and resolve challenges swiftly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for accurate installation planning.
- Experience in construction estimating to develop precise project budgets and forecasts.
- Solid background in construction experience with a focus on service or installation projects across various sectors.
- Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple teams simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret accurately for effective project execution.
- Robust time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety standards.

Pay: $49,938.08-$80,000.00 per year
