Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM).

- Strong understanding of: o Portfolio & Program Management o Demand & Capacity Management o Resource Management o Financial Planning & Cost Modeling o Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies • Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and business capability mapping.
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting, Performance Analytics, and executive portfolio metrics.
- Solid stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Reporting, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
