Key Responsibilities

- Customer Care & Communication: Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, schedule service appointments, and handle parts/service inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Manage customer expectations and help fellow riders stay out on the trail.
- Work Order & Workflow Management: Accurately document customer concerns, organize work orders for technicians, and ensure repair jobs are completed on schedule.
- Estimates & Sales: Provide clear repair estimates, explain necessary work, and upsell recommended maintenance, upgrades, or accessories.
- Parts & Warranty Handling: Sell and order parts for service jobs and walk-in customers. Prepare, submit, and manage all parts and service warranty claims.
- Technician & Team Support: Assist technicians with service recalls and technical manuals, collaborating closely with both sales and service departments.
- Administrative & Cash Handling: Process customer payments and handle daily cash transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements





- Passionate About Powersports: Active adventure seeker, rider, or powersports enthusiast preferred—you know the gear, the machines, and the lifestyle.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or Parts Technician (required).
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, and Dealer Management Systems).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Location: Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Wetaskiwin, AB T9A 0A5 prior to starting work (required).

Position Details & Benefits

- Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
- Pay Rate: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
