Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Consultant to help organizations align strategy, investments, resources, and execution through the ServiceNow platform. The consultant will lead SPM implementations, enable portfolio governance, and drive demand-to-value realization processes Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM / CIS-PPM) – Mandatory
- SAFe Agilist / Scrum Master / Product Owner Certifications – Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow SPM / ITBM solutions aligned to enterprise strategy and governance models.

- Configure and optimize core SPM capabilities:

o Demand Management o Project & Program Management (PPM)

o Portfolio Management o Resource Management o Financial Planning & Budgeting o Application Portfolio Management (APM)

- Enable end-to-end demand-to-delivery workflows from ideation through execution and value realization.
- Drive portfolio prioritization,



investment planning, and governance aligned with business objectives and OKRs.
- Build executive dashboards, KPIs, Performance Analytics reports, and portfolio health scorecards. • Integrate SPM with ITSM, Agile Development, HR, Finance, Jira, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise systems.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define portfolio, resource, and financial management processes.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution design, effort estimation, and roadmap discussions.

Skill Requirements

Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM).

- Solid understanding of:

o Portfolio & Program Management o Demand & Capacity Management o Resource Management o Financial Planning & Cost Modeling o Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and business capability mapping.
- Experience creating dashboards, reporting, Performance Analytics, and executive portfolio metrics.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Business Rules, Reporting, and ServiceNow platform configuration.
