Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring effective food preparation and service
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver top-tier customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Oversee food handling and safety procedures to meet all health regulations and standards
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and securely
- Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff to build a strong, capable team
- Monitor kitchen activities, including cooking and food preparation, to maintain quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety protocols throughout the restaurant

Experience





- Proven supervising or team management experience within the food service or restaurant industry
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen experience in hospitality settings
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong background in customer service, serving, and food handling procedures
- Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Previous hotel or barista experience is a plus but not required; leadership skills are essential
