Job Summary

Lenmark is looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team.

This is a hands-on role focused on accurately picking and packing customer orders, receiving inventory, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running efficiently.

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in a warehouse and yard environment, operating material handling equipment, and using handheld scanners and warehouse software to process inventory and shipments.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory and organize stock in designated warehouse locations.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Prepare shipments by creating and printing labels, packing slips, and required shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, and Operations teams to support daily activities, answer questions, and ensure customer orders and inventory move efficiently through the business.




- Verify order accuracy, quantities, and product information before shipment.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse software to process inventory transactions.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard.
- Follow company safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Support other warehouse duties.
- Any other tasks assigned by management, as required.

Experience:
- Warehouse: 2 years (required)
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift: 2 years (required)
