Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of shop floors, display areas, counters, and customer service zones to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, storage areas, and other facility spaces by regular sanitation and waste disposal
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or maintenance issues that require escalation
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs or reporting larger repair needs to the appropriate teams




- Keep cleaning supplies organized and stocked to ensure uninterrupted operations

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance within a commercial or retail environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
- Ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining a proactive approach to cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or additional duties as needed
