Responsibilities

- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport employees, and visitors.
- Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure mechanical safety and proper maintenance
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to guarantee safe transportation at all times
- Communicate clearly with passengers, providing directions and assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition reports
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleaning the shuttle interior and exterior




- Respond promptly to any operational issues or emergencies during shifts

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
- Proven customer service abilities to create a positive experience for all riders
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety protocols and traffic regulations relevant to commercial driving
- Ability to handle maintenance tasks confidently and efficiently
- Clear understanding of route navigation and time management for punctual service
