Duties

- Install a wide range of signs including channel letters, banners, billboards, and safety signage on various surfaces such as walls, poles, and buildings.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to mount signs according to specifications.
- Measure and mark installation points accurately to ensure proper alignment and positioning.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions to execute precise placements.
- Conduct site assessments prior to installation to identify potential challenges or hazards.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs,



or adjustments on existing signage to ensure longevity and optimal appearance.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Skills

- Proven experience in sign installation or related construction roles is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures relevant to sign mounting.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics with ease.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot installation issues quickly.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy signs and work at heights when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is often required; ability to operate company vehicles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocols.
