: Site Operations Manager
Dryden Gold Corp. is seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to lead the execution of our exploration programs across our district-scale gold projects in Northwestern Ontario. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of field operations, ensuring exploration programs are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
The Site Operations Manager will provide leadership to field personnel, manage contractors and logistics, coordinate exploration activities, and foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic exploration environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
· Lead the day-to-day execution of all exploration field activities.
· Coordinate drilling, geological support, prospecting, mapping, sampling, and other exploration programs.
· Ensure exploration activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company objectives.
· Establish operational priorities and allocate personnel and resources to maximize productivity.
· Provide regular operational updates to the Vice President, Exploration.
Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and supervise geologists, technicians, core staff, field assistants, and seasonal employees.
· Foster a collaborative, safety-first culture focused on operational excellence.
· Recruit, train, and develop field personnel while supporting career growth and continuous improvement.
· Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
Contractor & Logistics Management
· Manage drilling contractors, earthworks, camp services, aviation providers, and other operational contractors.
· Coordinate field logistics, including personnel mobilization, equipment, supplies, fuel, accommodations, and transportation.
· Oversee drill site construction, access preparation, and reclamation activities.
· Ensure equipment and infrastructure are maintained and available to support exploration programs.
Health, Safety & Environment
· Champion Dryden Gold's commitment to health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, provincial regulations, permits, and industry best practices.
· Conduct field inspections, safety meetings, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
· Promote a proactive safety culture throughout all field operations.
Budget & Administration
· Develop and manage exploration operating budgets in collaboration with the Vice President, Exploration.
· Monitor project expenditures and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
· Review contractor invoices, purchase requests, and operational costs.
· Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation .
Community & Stakeholder Relations
· Support positive working relationships with Indigenous communities, local stakeholders, and land users.
· Ensure exploration activities align with community commitments, environmental stewardship, and company values.
· Represent Dryden Gold professionally in the field and during community interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, or related resource industries.
· Demonstrated experience leading exploration field operations and managing multi-contractor projects.
· Strong understanding of diamond drilling programs, exploration logistics, and field operations.
· Proven leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
· Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common exploration software.
