Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Superintendent to oversee General Construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices.

The Site

Superintendent will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations on-site and ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety compliance, quality control, and adherence to specifications




- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in commercial construction projects
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and budgeting processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements
