Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating skid steer loaders to move finished and unfinished goods between trailers, yard and/or the kiln. Your mechanical knowledge and heavy equipment operation skills will be essential in maintaining safety and productivity on-site.

Duties

- Operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving pallets, skids and crates.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on skid steer equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Requirements
- Proven experience operating skid steer loaders in a construction or industrial setting.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment including Caterpillar models and other brands.
- Familiarity with dozer, excavator, loader operation, backhoe operation, grader operation, and paving machinery is highly desirable.




- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary.

Pay: $23.50-$24.50 per hour
