North Strong Landscaping is a leading company specializing in top-tier outdoor solutions for residential and commercial properties. We take pride in transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments and are now gearing up for the winter season.

We are currently seeking a Snow Plow Driver to join our team. This position is on-call, requiring availability at all hours, including weekdays and weekends. Snow removal typically starts once the snow reaches 2 inches, and work can be required at any time, day or night.

Duties:

- Operate a truck equipped with a Western brand Plow and Salter for snow removal
- Explicit snow from roads, driveways, parking lots, and other contracted areas




- Safely distribute salt on surfaces to prevent ice buildup
- Follow safe operating procedures during adverse weather conditions

Requirements:

- Experience with snow removal equipment, specifically Western Plows and Salters, is required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license. A driver's abstract will be required.
- Availability for flexible, on-call hours, including overnight shifts and weekends
