Join The Tarcott Group – Snow Removal Team 2025/2026

The Tarcott Group is seeking experienced snow removal crew members for the upcoming 202/2026 snow season.

We’re looking for reliable individuals with proven experience in snow removal, hand shoveling and hand salting as required.

This is an on-call position with 24/7 availability. You’ll be contacted when snowfall is forecasted, and we’ll provide as much notice as possible. Work takes place throughout the Lower Mainland.

Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to work on-call, 24/7, Monday–Sunday
- Previous snow removal/salting experience required
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Aldergrove office (just off Hwy 1)




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must provide your own personal safety gear (waterproof outerwear, gloves, etc.)

Responsibilities:
- Shovel and salt walkways or other areas when needed
- Apply salt and perform grounds maintenance as directed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site as they arise

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal Pay: $40.00 per hour

Experience

- hand salting/shoveling : 3 years (required)
