We are an award-winning, cloud-first accounting firm about to get loud on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We are looking for someone to help us make that happen.

About Orbit

We do cross-border accounting and tax for US and Canadian business owners. We are Xero's Firm of the Year, Canada 2025. Our team are ready to be on camera, and our video editors work for the biggest brands in the world.

What you will do :

- Ideas from research : study what is working for other creators and competitors against our content buckets and bring us the angles worth trying.
- Scripts and shoots : help script the hooks and help shoot and direct Reels and TikToks on camera with our team.
- Calendar : keep the content calendar running across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Analytics : track the numbers, spot what is working, and tell us what to do more of.
- Editors : brief our editing team and check that every clip comes back on brand.

You are:





- Someone who runs their own Instagram or TikTok, and it shows. You have a feel for hooks, retention, lighting, angles and audio.
- A self-starter who keeps things moving without being chased.
- Comfortable being on set and directing people on camera.
- Toronto-based and happy to work on-site with our 161 Bay views.
