Our menu consists of traditional flavours with a modern flare to make it approachable to all. Every dish has been thoughtfully curated with our menu consisting of a wide variety of small plates, entrees, and desserts as well as an extensive cocktail menu with custom cocktails.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

Requirements:





- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
