The Specialist is responsible for performing various key functions within the Integrated Regina Health - Tertiary & Surgical Services portfolio. The Specialist will be a key member in development planning, implementation, and support of strategic initiatives related to improving surgical services. They will demonstrate knowledge and experience with change management and project management.

The Specialist demonstrates strong leadership to enable an creative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Specialist will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.

Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

- 3-5 years' recognized experience in a complex health care environment

Education

- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a health related field

Licenses

- Valid Class 5 driver's license





Other Education and Training

- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
