In this senior management role, you will oversee the Northern, Southern, and Sacred Care Programs. You'll develop and manage initiatives to ensure they meet the Provincial Foster Care Licensing Standards while addressing the unique needs of Southeast First Nations children and families.

Your leadership and expertise will drive improvement and growth within the organization, positively influencing the lives of community members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee planning and evaluation of care programs




- Ensure services align with SAI's strategic objectives
- Develop foster care resources tailored to community needs
- Monitor financial guidelines and service quality
- Maintain clear communication with the Executive Director

Requirements:

- MSW or BSW with 5+ years experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Addiction and Trauma
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license required
