Required Experience

- 10+ years of IT experience with expertise in Enterprise Observability and Monitoring.
- Robust hands-on experience with Splunk Enterprise/Cloud and Dynatrace implementations.

- Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring
- Davis AI, Service Flow and Dependency Mapping
- AIOps Implementation and Monitoring Automation
- ITSM Integrations (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Enterprise Monitoring and Observability

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring solutions.




- Configure data onboarding, dashboards, alerts, KPIs, and monitoring workflows.
- Deploy and manage Splunk components and Dynatrace OneAgent across enterprise environments.
- Build observability solutions for applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network platforms.
- Implement AIOps use cases, root-cause analysis, and monitoring automation.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver enterprise monitoring solutions.

Preferred

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services (BFSI), Enterprise Infrastructure, or Application Operations.
- Experience integrating monitoring platforms with enterprise ITSM tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
