Senior Director, SAP Finance Transformation Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, SAP Finance Transformation Lead to oversee the delivery of a large-scale SAP Finance implementation. This role will lead end-to-end program execution, partnering with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of SAP Finance solutions across multiple workstreams, from design through deployment.
- Drive solution architecture, systems integration, data migration, and technical delivery.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and implementation best practices.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology delivery with business objectives.
- Manage program scope, risks, budget, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and support long-term business needs.

Qualifications





- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP implementation or finance transformation programs.
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance, including General Ledger, Subledger, financial accounting, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with SAP governance, solution design, configuration, data migration, and cloud implementations.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Robust stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, SDLC, Agile delivery, and systems integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
