What you’ll do

- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Grow sales and improve profitability
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Recruit and train staff
- Track store performance and key results
- Build relationships in the local cycling community
- Oversee daily store operations

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of retail management experience




- Proven success growing sales and leading teams
- Strong understanding of margins, profitability, and business performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Interest in cycling is a bonus, but business leadership is the priority
